•Associations and chapters formed under the aegis of the IAWJ.

Members of the Asia/South Pacific Region of the IAWJ come from such diverse countries as Afghanistan to Japan, Nepal to New Zealand, Papua New Guinea to China, Mongolia to Indonesia. Three IAWJ Biennial Conferences have been held in the region, including the Philippines (1994), Australia (2006), and South Korea (2010).

With funding from the United States Department of State, the IAWJ has supported the work of the women judges of Afghanistan since 2003. This has included helping them form the Afghan Women Judges Association (AWJA) in 2004 and re-launch the AWJA in 2011, implementing an annual judicial education program that brings Afghan women judges to the USA for several weeks, holding their first annual meeting in 2007, and supporting their in-country educational program for high school girls and teachers beginning in 2004.

The IAWJ has also conducted judicial education programs in Bangladesh, India, Nepal and Chinese Taipei.
